Who We Are

Pamoja Compassionate is a registered community-based organization (CBO) in Kenya, committed to walking alongside communities as they strive for dignity, resilience, and self-reliance. Our work is rooted in compassion, inclusivity, and the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive. We focus on empowering vulnerable children, youth, and families through programs in education, health, psychosocial support, economic empowerment, and community development. By working closely with local leaders, volunteers, and partners, we design grassroots solutions that are locally driven and sustainable. At Pamoja Compassionate, we believe that true impact begins with genuine connection. Our name—Pamoja, meaning together—reflects our belief that collective action is the key to lasting  transformation.

What We Do

At Pamoja Compassionate, we engage in a variety of transformative community-centered programs designed to uplift, empower, and create lasting impact. Our activities are guided by the real needs of the communities we serve, with a special focus on vulnerable groups. These include: Youth Empowerment We equip young people with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities they need to become active, responsible, and self-reliant members of society.
